As the leaves turn colour with the onset of cold... I feel kinda sad to see my plants dying. It's a good thing I also have house plants that I could bring into the apartment to tide over the coming winter. I've been so busy that I've forgotten to upload all the pictures I've been taking throughout the year since spring of my garden. I've been meaning to do it and I've finally got around to do this. It took me hours.

I've uploaded more pictures of my garden. Although I can't really call it a blue and white garden anymore :( but it's still got lots of white and blue as well as some purples to make it closer to my ideal colour scheme.

It's been more than a year since I last updated on my garden. I'm very pleased with my garden this year. I've added more plants and the ones from last year that survived over the last brutally cold winter is doing well. Of course I plan to add more plants in fall so that I'll have flowers blooming from February till late September next year. But ( Read more... )

In late fall I cleared out my patch of dirt of weeds and rubbish. Then I scattered grass seeds to cover up the mud. I should have realised that the ground was muddy and added some sort of top soil to it, but I didn't. It does not matter, the grass took root and flourished. I'm having a tiring time trimming the grass this spring. No regrets however ( Read more... )
